Laissez Faire

Letting Life Lead

Laissez Faire

The term laissez faire is used in economics. Introduced to the English language by George Whatley, in 1774, in his book Principles of Trade, of which Benjamin Franklin happened to be the co-author. Laissez faire is actually French and translated literally, means ‘let go or let pass’.  http://www.blurtit.com/q846330.html
