Letting Life Lead
If you get the reference in the first part of the title, you get bonus points!
One of my goals in reviving this old blog and injecting it with turbo power, I set a goal for myself of learning other media more thoroughly. I haven’t ventured out to learn media other than Facebook since the days of ICQ and mIRC. Yeah, back in the day I was cool.
I have been aware of Pinterest since it first came out and I put off joining it because I immediately could sniff it out at a Time Suck of epic proportions. However, being more mature and not having a lot of spare time, I decided to join Pinterest and harness its power for good.
The only problem is that there is a heck of a lot of crickets and tumbleweeds over there. When you come to the party late it can be a bit more challenging to squeeze yourself into the conversations. I’m a wallflower over here and I don’t have those smooth skills to be the life of the party. I’m just a little blog trying to make a little noise out there!
I would like to invite anyone who would like to post their Pinterest location in the comments so that we can befriend each other and expand our networks on Pinterest and at the same time expand our networks on WordPress at the same time. If this experiment works out well, I would like to also do one for the desert of the Internet (Google+) and the water slide (Twitter).
For those who don’t have a Pinterest account but have wanted one, this is an opportunity to learn together as a group so that you don’t feel so alone out there in the wilderness.
Don’t forget to leave you Pinterest link in the comments, so that visitors can connect with you too!
