Musings #16: One Liner Wednesday – Getting Old

Johanna Quaas: 86 Years Old

You know you are getting old when you go to your local fitness center, and have enough years to be the parent of 90% of the gym rats.

Enjoy More One-Liners for March 25th at LindGHill.

I am inspired when I see people that are much older than me at our local Gym (fitness centre). They have classes especially for them such as Thai Chi, Yoga, they use the weights, tread mills etc. I see them catch up with other people their age and have a chat. It is wonderful to watch and it must be great for them as they are still part of the community and active. They always say hello and love to have a chat. πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚ They are keeping healthy and enjoying life….
